The cover is equipped with a strong magnet system that securely connects the tablet to the keyboard. The design allows you to comfortably use the set both on your desk and on your lap, and the ergonomic tilt angle of approx. 120° makes it easy to type, read and view content. The inner part of the case protects the back and sides of the device from scratches, and precise cut-outs provide easy access to the speakers, ports and camera.

The keyboard used in this model utilises a scissor mechanism that combines quiet operation with good key responsiveness. A full row of shortcut keys allows you to adjust brightness, volume and control multimedia in seconds. The built-in touchpad supports multi-touch gestures, allowing you to navigate the system with the same ease as on a laptop. When you need to focus on typing, simply press FN + space bar to disable the touchpad and avoid accidental touches.

Evening notes or working on the train? Adjustable white key backlighting comes to the rescue, increasing readability without glare. Power is provided by a 650 mAh battery – that's up to 200 hours of typing (with the backlight off) and up to 1200 hours of standby, so you charge less often and work longer. The keyboard automatically goes into sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity, and the case supports the wake and sleep function of the iPad when opening and closing the cover, saving battery life.

The back of the case features a holder for the Apple Pencil, which secures the stylus and keeps it close at hand (stylus sold separately).
